What are RIVEN car fragrances?

RIVEN fragrances are 8ml hanging glass car diffusers in five scents: MIDNIGHT, APEX, COBALT, ICON and GOLD. Each one hangs in the cabin and scents the car.

How do I use the hanging diffuser?

Hang the bottle from your rear-view mirror or another secure point in the cabin, then follow the instructions printed on the packaging.

How do I use it safely without spilling?

Keep the bottle upright while you open and hang it.
Do not let the liquid touch your dashboard, paintwork, leather, plastics or skin. Fragrance oils can mark surfaces. Wipe up any spills straight away.
Hang it where it cannot block your view of the road and where it will not swing into the windscreen.
Do not adjust it while driving.
Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

How long does each fragrance last?

It depends on cabin temperature, airflow and how often you drive, so we do not quote a fixed figure. A warm car or strong airflow will use it faster.

Are RIVEN fragrances made by, or affiliated with, the designer brands named?

No. Each RIVEN scent is inspired by a well-known fragrance style. RIVEN Automotive is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any fragrance brand referenced on this site. References describe the scent style only.

How much is UK delivery and how long does it take?

UK Tracked delivery is £2.99, and free on orders of £25 or more after discounts. That includes any 3 fragrances for £25. The delivery estimate is shown at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Yes. See our Returns page. If anything arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email us with your order number and a photo.

How does the RIVEN Fragrance Club work?

Choose the Fragrance Club option on any fragrance page. You get one 8ml RIVEN fragrance delivered every month for £9.99 a month. UK delivery is shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your RIVEN customer account, or email us. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Bundle offers do not apply to Fragrance Club subscriptions.
