Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under UK consumer law. Fragrances must be returned unopened and in their original condition. Opened fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
Email contact@rivenautomotive.com before sending anything back, with your order number. We will tell you where to send it. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is your responsibility. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
Damaged, leaking, faulty or incorrect
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
